Concessionaires set up an Electronic Procedure Submission Service concerning Exceptional Transport Authorisation Requests on the linked website.

Carriers can login to their reserved area at www.teonline.it/en/ to enter all authorisation request data, and complete the procedure with the load chart and other necessary documents.
The Concessionaire in charge will generate the authorisation document, and the CARRIER can then print it out at its office.

To join the Service, the Carrier must fill out Annex A2 and, if necessary, Annex A3 to add another company to the user account.

After being filled in, all forms must be sent to e-mail.
